All repairs
Most people reach a repair page already knowing what broke. What they want next is whether it can be fixed, what the work actually involves, and how soon the device comes back. This page answers all three across every repair CELLTECH carries out.
The repairs below are grouped two ways: by the fault you are looking at, and by the device in your hand. Each one has a page of its own that sets out the symptoms, what we check before quoting, and what the repair involves. Whichever you pick, the price is agreed before any work starts and the job is covered by the same 90 day malfunction warranty.

By what went wrong
These are the faults that bring most people in. If yours is here, the page behind it explains the signs, the likely causes and what the work involves before you commit to anything.
By brand
The fault may be the same but the work is not. Parts, adhesive, disassembly and the checks afterwards all change with the handset, so each brand has a page that covers what is specific to it.
Beyond phones
A tablet screen is not a larger phone screen, and a laptop panel is matched to the machine it came out of. These repairs use different parts and different methods, so they are set out separately.
True of every job
Whichever page you end up on, these do not change. They are the terms of the work rather than a promise attached to one repair.

Where to start
Plenty of faults point somewhere other than where they seem to. A device that will not charge often has a tired battery rather than a damaged port. A dark screen on a phone that still rings is usually a display fault, not a dead device. A camera that will not focus can be a cracked lens cover rather than the module behind it.
You do not have to work that out yourself. Describe what the device is doing, bring it to any CELLTECH store, and the diagnosis comes before the price. Where two repairs could explain the same symptom, we find out which one it is instead of quoting for the more expensive of the two.
If you would rather narrow it down first, start from the fault that matches your symptom above. Each page sets out the signs, the causes behind them and what the repair involves, so you arrive knowing roughly what to expect.
Our locations
Every repair on this page is carried out in store, across seven CELLTECH locations in Texas. Most sit inside a shopping centre, so a repair can fold into a trip you were making anyway rather than becoming its own errand.
Use the store finder to choose your nearest location and view current contact information, directions, and store hours.

About the range as a whole. Each repair page answers the questions specific to that fault.
Start from the symptom rather than the part. If the glass is broken, screen repair. If the charge does not last, battery replacement. If nothing charges at all, the charging port page explains why the battery is often the real cause. If none of them fit, bring the device in and we will work it out.
Yes. Every repair listed here is carried out at a CELLTECH store rather than posted to a repair centre, which is why most of them come back to you the same day.
It depends on the fault and on whether your part is in stock. Many common repairs are finished in as little as 20 minutes, screen and battery work usually among the quickest. Call your store with the model and you will get a realistic answer before you set off.
Often, yes. These thirteen pages cover the repairs we are asked for most, not the limit of what we look at. Describe the device and the problem and we will tell you honestly whether it is something we can take on.
Yes. Every repair carries the same 90 day malfunction warranty regardless of which of these services it was, and regardless of which store carried it out.
No. You can walk in during mall hours at any store. Booking ahead is available if you would rather hold a time or avoid a busy afternoon.
By the device and the fault, after we have looked at it. There is no single figure that applies across models, so nothing is quoted from a chart. You hear the price while the device is still in one piece and you decide from there.
We can usually give you a realistic range if you have the exact model and can describe what the device is doing. The firm price comes after we have seen it, because the symptom and the fault are not always the same thing.
No. CELLTECH is an independent repair provider and is not authorized by or affiliated with Apple or Samsung. If your device is still under manufacturer warranty or a protection plan, it is worth checking that first and we will point you there.

Tell us what the device is doing. We look at it, explain what we found, and give you the price before any work begins.
