Finding the Store at the Outlets
Grand Prairie Premium Outlets is an open air shopping centre with around 110 stores, sitting at the corner of Interstate 20 West and State Highway 360 South.
Coming along I-20, take Exit 454 at Great Southwest Parkway and stay on the frontage road. The centre has its own private parking lot, so you can park and walk straight in.
We are in Suite 215. Because the centre is open air rather than an enclosed mall, you can drive in, get your cell phone looked at and carry on with your day without walking the length of a shopping centre first.
That location matters for one practical reason. Most people do not plan a cell phone repair. It happens on a Saturday, in a parking lot, when a cell phone slides off a lap. If you are already at the outlets when it happens, you do not need to find a repair shop somewhere else in the metroplex.
- Coach Outlet is our nearest neighbour, so find Coach and you have found us.
- Nike Factory Store is a short walk along the same row of stores.
- Polo Ralph Lauren is on the opposite side of the outlet walkway.
- Michael Kors is close by, so an easy stop on the same trip.
- Adidas Outlet is in the same centre, so you can drop your cell phone in on the way past.
Serving Grand Prairie, Arlington, Cedar Hill, Mansfield and Duncanville. Easily accessible from Interstate 20, so the drive is short from across the area.

How it works
How a Repair Works, Start to Finish
We look at the device before quoting anything, because the obvious symptom is not always the cause. A cell phone that will not charge often has a battery problem rather than a port problem. A dark screen on a device that still rings is usually a display fault.
Once we know what is involved, you get a clear quote before any work begins. Nothing starts until you have agreed to it, and the quote you hear is what you pay.
Repairs use OEM parts and are backed by our 90 day malfunction warranty.
What a repair costs depends on your device and the fault, so there is no single figure we can give in advance. Call with your model and a description of the problem, or bring it in and we will look at it and tell you.

Getting Your Cell Phone Fixed While You Are at the Outlets
Grand Prairie Premium Outlets is a destination centre. People drive in from across the area, spend a few hours and go home with bags. That is useful when your cell phone needs work, because you are not making a special trip and then sitting in a waiting room.
Hand the device over, carry on shopping, and come back for it. You are welcome to walk in during centre hours, and if you would rather not leave it to chance, call ahead and we will check that we have the right part for your model before you arrive.
