Finding the Store Inside the Mall
The Parks Mall at Arlington is a large enclosed mall with around 180 stores, so "it is in the mall" does not help much when you are standing inside it holding a broken cell phone.
We are next to GameStop. If you are near Macy’s or the AMC theatre, you are close. GameStop is the marker worth remembering, because it is easy to spot and it does not move.
The mall sits at 3811 South Cooper Street, where South Cooper meets Interstate 20 in south Arlington. Coming along I-20, take Exit 449A for South Cooper Street. There is plenty of parking around the mall, including covered parking decks.
If you are driving in from Mansfield, Kennedale or elsewhere in south Arlington, the I-20 access makes this one of the easier repair stops to reach without crossing the city.
- GameStop is right next to our store and the marker worth remembering.
- Macy’s is our nearest anchor store, on the same level.
- The AMC theatre is close by, so you can drop your cell phone in before the film and collect it after.
- JCPenney is a short walk along the main mall walkway.
- Dillard’s is at the opposite end of the same level.
- Dick’s Sporting Goods is close by, so an easy stop on the same trip.

Most people do not plan a cell phone repair. It happens on a Saturday, in a parking lot, and suddenly the device you need for everything is unusable.
- We offer same day cell phone repair at our Arlington store. Many common cell phone repairs can be completed in as little as 20 minutes, depending on the repair and parts availability. Screen and battery work is usually among the fastest.
- Two things affect how long your repair takes: what is actually wrong with the device, and whether we have your part in stock. Some models and some faults take longer, and we would rather tell you that honestly in store than promise a number we cannot keep.

How a Repair Works, Start to Finish
We look at the device before quoting anything, because the obvious symptom is not always the cause. A cell phone that will not charge often has a battery problem rather than a port problem. A black screen on a device that still rings is usually a display fault.
Once we know what is involved, you get a clear quote before any work begins. Nothing starts until you have agreed to it, and the quote you hear in store is the price you pay.

CELLTECH is an independent cell phone repair provider. We are not an Apple Authorized Service Provider or a Samsung Authorized Service Provider. If your device is still under manufacturer warranty or covered by a protection plan, it is worth checking that first, and we will tell you so rather than take on work you could have had covered.
