CELLTECH — we got you covered

Your repair quote

Two short steps

The device, the fault, and where to send the answer. Only the device type, the repair, a description and your contact details are needed — leave the rest blank if you are unsure.

Your device and the repair

Your device and the repair

Pick a device type first.

For example: iPhone 15 Pro, Galaxy S24 Ultra, iPad Air, MacBook Pro 14.

You do not need to diagnose it — describe what you are seeing, and whether it was dropped or got wet.

Where to send the quote

Where to send the quote

10 digit US number, for example (214) 555-0134.

Sending this does not book anything and does not commit you to a repair.

How a quote works

What happens after you send it

You tell us the device and the fault

Model and symptom are what decide the price. A screen for an iPhone 15 Pro and one for an iPhone 11 are different parts at different costs, so the more exact you can be, the closer the first answer lands.

We check the part against your model

A technician confirms what the repair actually needs and whether the part is in stock at the store you picked. Where a symptom has more than one cause, you get the options rather than one number.

You get the price before anything is opened

The quote comes back with what the work involves and what it costs. Nothing is booked and nothing is charged until you say so.

    Phone repair, in store

  • I dropped it in the car park on a Tuesday morning and had written the phone off in my head by lunchtime. They took it in, quoted me on the spot and handed it back the same afternoon with the old panel in a bag so I could see what had actually broken.

    Alicia R.

    iPhone 14 Pro screen repair

  • It was down to twenty percent before lunch every single day and I assumed I was being sold a new battery whatever I said. They tested it in front of me first, showed me the health reading, then swapped it and had me out inside the hour.

    Tomas G.

    Galaxy S23 battery replacement

  • I put a full cup of coffee across the keyboard and had four years of work on there with no backup. They opened it the same day, cleaned the board properly rather than just drying it out, and every key on it still works months later.

    Priya N.

    MacBook Air liquid damage

  • The last place I used quoted one number on the phone and a different one at the counter. These people looked at the port, told me what it would cost before they touched anything, and that was exactly what I paid when I collected it.

    Kevin M.

    iPad 10th generation charging port

  • The back was shattered end to end and pieces of it were coming away in my hand. I left it with them on my lunch break, came back after work, and there is no seam and no gap anywhere on it. You would not know it had happened.

    Samuel O.

    Pixel 8 back glass repair

  • What actually decided it for me was the 90 day malfunction warranty, because I had been burned by a cheap repair before that failed inside a fortnight. Nothing has gone wrong with this one, but I would have had somewhere to go if it had.

What people want to know about a quote

Walk-ins are welcome at CELLTECH stores. You can also book ahead if you prefer to arrange your visit before arriving.

You do not need to know the technical problem. Tell us what the device is doing and we can inspect it, identify the likely cause and explain the available options.

CELLTECH provides 90 day malfunction warranty coverage on repairs. The exact warranty term, coverage and exclusions are explained before the repair begins.

The price depends on your device model, the repair required and the extent of the damage. CELLTECH inspects the device and provides a quote before repair work begins.

A quote by email is an estimate from a description. Bring the device to any CELLTECH counter and a technician inspects it in front of you, explains what is actually wrong and prices the work before anything is opened.
