Finding the Store Inside the Mall
The Galleria holds more than 200 stores and restaurants, so a landmark is more useful than an address.
We are a CELLTECH store near Bath & Body Works. That is the marker worth remembering. One thing to note if you are going from memory: Nordstrom left the mall in 2026, so it is no longer a useful reference point for finding anything.
The mall sits at the junction of Interstate 635 (LBJ Freeway) and the Dallas North Tollway, which puts it within reach of much of North Dallas, including Addison and Farmers Branch. There are more than 10,000 parking spaces on the property, and some of the parking is covered.
If you are staying at the Westin Galleria Dallas, the hotel connects directly into the mall, so you can reach us without going outside.

We look at the device before quoting anything. That means checking what is actually wrong rather than assuming, because the obvious symptom is not always the cause. A cell phone that will not charge may have a battery problem rather than a port problem, and a dark screen on a cell phone that still rings is usually a display fault.
Once we know what is involved, you get a clear quote before any work begins. Nothing starts until you have agreed to it, and there is no obligation to go ahead.
What a repair costs depends on your device and what is wrong with it, so there is no single figure we can give you in advance. Call with your exact model and a description of the problem, or bring it in and we will look at it and tell you.
Repairs use OEM quality parts and are backed by a 90 day malfunction warranty.
Repair timing depends on the model and the type of repair. Ask when you arrive, or call ahead, and we will tell you where things stand for your device. On many common repairs you can leave the cell phone with us, do the rest of what you came to the mall for, and pick it up on your way out.

Apple Store or CELLTECH: Which to Use
There is an Apple Store in the Galleria as well. Since both of us are in the same mall, it is a fair question which one to use, and the honest answer depends on your situation rather than on which of us you ask.
Where CELLTECH usually makes more sense. If your iPhone is out of warranty, if it is an older model, if you do not want to book an appointment and wait for a slot, or if you also own a Samsung or Android cell phone that needs looking at, we can take it now. Independent repair is normally the cheaper route once coverage has run out, and we handle every brand at the same store.
If your device falls outside that coverage, or you would prefer to use an independent repair shop, that is what we do. Either way, we would rather tell you where you stand than take on a repair you could have handled under coverage, and if the answer is us, we can usually start today.

No. CELLTECH is an independent repair provider and is not authorized by or affiliated with Apple. For iPhones outside Apple’s warranty or AppleCare+, independent repair is usually the more economical route, and we can normally see you without an appointment.
Ordinary screen, battery, charging port and back glass repairs do not normally involve changing what is stored on your device. Water damage is a different situation, because liquid can reach components beyond the part being repaired, so it is worth discussing your device specifically with us.
