Title: Retail Sales Supervisors (mult.)
Location: Benchmark Cellular, Inc., 3811 S. Cooper Street, Suite 2402, Arlington, Texas 76015
Duties: Assist in developing sales training materials and coordinate sales training for a team of Sales Associates across multiple company kiosk locations in various unanticipated locations as the company expands. Coordinate sales distribution by promoting sales objectives, quotas, and targets. Collect sales data statistics to monitor performance and track effectiveness of training and goal attainment. Analyze sales statistics to determine sales potential, inventory requirements, and monitor customer preferences. Drive sales success through metrics analysis and targeted coaching. Coordinate productivity, accuracy, and efficiency information and communicate to store staff. Provide weekly updates on each kiosk and individual salespersons’ performance. Coordinate sales leadership, training, mentoring and coaching of sales associates.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field and 2 years of progressive, professional experience in the job offered or related occupation requiring sales in the retail, insurance, or consumer goods industries. Will accept an Associate’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field and 4 years of progressive, professional experience in the job offered or related occupation requiring sales in the retail, insurance, or consumer goods industries, or any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience. Experience must include: 1) Requires iFixit Mastertech Certified Technician certification. 2) Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). 3) Two years of sales management experience, including the supervision of sales associates or other sales teams and establishment of sales targets, performance reviews, and exercise of discretionary judgement related to team structure. 4) Two years of B2B sales experience. 5) Demonstrable negotiation skills and decision-making abilities. 6) Hands-on experience repairing LCD screens, glass digitizers, batteries, speakers, cameras, and charging ports on mobile/cellphones, tablets, smart watches, and other electronic devices. 7) Experience detecting and troubleshooting hardware/software issues on cellphones and other electronic devices, including water damage, broken/malfunctioning devices, and repairing chips and components on board level.
